Divine Emperor of Death Chapter 3134 Encounter With The Upper Realm’s Geniuses

Chapter 3134 Encounter With The Upper Realm’s Geniuses

"Dear, have you found them?"

A melodious yet worried voice echoed out.

Davis turned to look at Lea, smiling.

"I did. We’re trying to find a way out."

"Oh... good~"

Lea’s lips also curled with delight as she relaxed. She had been watching over Bylai until the latter headed deep inside while she headed towards the outskirts to stop the other factions from disturbing Davis, so she felt half-responsible for this situation, wanting to head down to save Bylai and Sophie.

However, Davis told her to stay put, leaving her quite distressed.

Now that she heard that there was almost nothing to worry about, she cast him a charming smile, knowing that she could depend on him.

"Well, I have also collected a souvenir. Do you want it?"

"A souvenir?"

Lea blinked innocently, "What might it be?"

"A flame essence possible at the Peak Immortal Emperor Grade."

"Oh? You found such a Flame Essence Orb down there?" Lea’s eyes lit up as she seemed interested.

"It’s different, but you could say that."

Davis revealed a suspenseful smile. There’s no way he was going to say he caught and refined apocalyptic flames, knowing that she would scold him to death. After all, they repeatedly warned him not to go near apocalyptic flames as they were worried about him, and he did just that.

Still, he didn’t plan on giving these flames to Lea either, as she would die from trying to absorb them without a doubt.

Instead, he was just trying to ease her to the fact that he was bringing a flame essence that could possibly be apocalyptic flames so that he wouldn’t get scolded heavily.

However, Lea realized something and shook her head.

"If it’s a flame essence, it should be useful to Sophie as well. Give this souvenir to her, so it should be helpful in the realm concoction."

Nonetheless, with his eleventh wife being so understanding, Davis gazed into her crimson eyes.

A romantic breeze swooshed past them, causing their hair to dance in the wind. If he was in his true body, he would’ve slipped his hands inside her veil, cupped her fair cheeks, and kissed her already. Still, he made a move to embrace her.

"..."

But suddenly, his eyes squinted as he noticed that this breeze wasn’t natural, causing him to turn.

A white battleship zoomed in from the distance.

It was still hundreds and thousands of kilometers away, so it appeared to be a small ship, but with his fine eyes, Davis could see light-blue lightning patterns etched on the battleship’s hull. Its propellers activated and flew towards them, coming closer to them in ten seconds as it came to a slow stop.

From the battleship, five people stepped out of the deck.

Each of them was draped in opulent purple robes embellished with white lightning patterns that seemed to dance and flicker as if alive, similar to the battleship’s lightning marks, making it known that they were all from the same faction, yet the purple-robed man in front of them not only had a regal demeanor but he also sported a crown on his head, appearing like an Emperor.

He stood at the forefront of the group, a man of unmistakable authority, his regal disposition evident in every step he made as he came forward. Standing tall and commanding, he exuded an aura that demanded respect and submission. His sharp features were framed by a neatly groomed face, and his eyes a piercing shade of imperial gold.

From plundered memories, Davis recognized who these people were in an instant, much less this emperor-like person who was famous in the true immortal world.

"If it isn’t the Thundering Serenity Upper Realm’s Stormsong Family..."

Davis stood up from the rock he and Lea sat on a mountain peak.

His gaze flickered as he suddenly saw the others move as well, maintaining a fine distance from the man at the forefront.

On either side of their supposed leader, two other men walked in perfect harmony, their movements synchronized as if they were extensions of each other’s will.

The first man, possessing an enigmatic smile, had an aura of scholarly intellect about him. His eyes, framed by thin, arched eyebrows, gleamed with a quiet curiosity that belied his formidable strength. The second man, a stark contrast, emanated an intense and controlled ferocity. Muscles corded beneath his robes, hinting at the martial prowess that lay coiled within his frame. His presence was that of a disciplined body cultivator, ready to strike at a moment’s notice.

Flanking the trio of men were two women, their elegance and grace making a captivating scene. The first woman possessed an air of serenity, her demeanor calm and poised. Her eyes, like deep pools of water, appeared like they held a profound understanding of the world’s mysteries. Yet, a flicker of determination in her gaze hinted at an indomitable will that could move mountains.

However, different than her, the other woman was of captivating allure, her every movement a dance that drew the eye. Her giggle seemed to echo with the joy of a carefree spirit, but beneath that surface radiated a shrewd mind, always assessing her surroundings. Her eyes sparkled with a mischievous glint as she looked at him as though thinking how she should play with him.

Despite their overwhelming aura, they all walked in a wing-like formation as though they could counter any threats at a moment’s notice.

They all stopped together, abruptly unleashing their auras into an overdrive.

A powerful, mountainous force descended on Davis and the others.

The thunderous suppression shocked everyone in the volcanic region, almost causing them to fall, except Davis, Lea, and a few others. But this suppression didn’t last long as Davis’s soul force burst out, moving towards the five members as it matched with their own, causing their eyes to widen.

"So it’s you."

Their leader smirked with a delightful smile as though he found his prey.

"You know me already?"

Davis raised his brows, causing the man to laugh lightly.

"Haha~ A few others said that there is a mysterious faction unknown to almost everyone nearby, so we went ahead and investigated it, coming to know that you’re all from ’that’ forgotten world. Apparently, you are an Anarchic Divergent known as the Emperor of Death who controls life and death?"

He tilted his head, having an amused smile, "I don’t know if it’s the truth, but if it is, you don’t mind dying at my hands, right? You Fiend."

Abruptly, his tone became hostile as white lightning arced around him.

Davis had just blinked when he suddenly saw a bolt of lightning appear before him, causing his pupils to dilate.

*Bang!~*

It was too fast, causing him to be struck by it.

"Davis!"

Lea’s eyes widened as she reacted, causing her to turn and cast a hateful look. However, she didn’t burst forth with any flames, instead casting her gaze again at Davis, who appeared unmoved.

"You call this lightning when it has traded off firepower for stealth and more speed?"

Davis appeared amused. The white lightning arcing around his body suddenly shook as though it were pulled, appearing above his palm as they became molded into a white lightning sphere, which he crushed underneath his fist.

"If you want to kill me, you better use your full strength instead of using a strike that wouldn’t even harm a Kingly Monarch."

"Obviously, why would I reveal my full strength to a soul body? So that you can counterattack or even escape?"

The purple-robed youth chuckled, lightly moving his head as though gesturing to his teammates.

They instantly flew towards certain positions, blocking the path of certain people like Fairy Thunderblaze and Eldia, even targeting Nadia, who was hidden in space using Death Laws.
