Chapter 3574 Towards The Ghostly Crow Clan
Davis made his way to the Ghostly Crow Clan.
On his way, he was thinking about what led to the creation of the Solitary Soul Avatar as he was previously unable to manifest it no matter how hard he tried, only to end up wasting soul essences or resources when he tried other avatar techniques.
Was it Nadia and Everlight’s Emperor-Tier Primal Yin Essences that made his Everlasting Samsara Tribunal Soul Physique whole? Or was it Myria’s Primal Yin Essence that made his soul physique whole?
Or was it all three of their primal yin essences, and not even one could be lacking?
What exactly accommodated the change in the soul physique so that it could produce a Solitary Soul Avatar now?
Davis wondered, but he couldn’t tell which one it was.
Considering the manifestation of an Emperor-Tier Nether Springs Death Wolf and an Emperor-Tier Nine Lives Gracious Fox appeared in the manifestation of his reincarnation powers, he could guess these two existences supported his soul physique to make it whole.
Life and death begets reincarnation. So there was significance in those two Paragon Magical Beasts manifesting in his soul as it did for Vereina, who had a Three-Headed Hydra, a Paragon Magical Beast, and Tia, who had a Daedalic Guardian Turtle, a Turtle, another Paragon Magical Beast manifest in their soul physiques.

He guessed he was in a similar type of situation where his physique had finally gained a support to be considered whole.
However, Myria’s primal yin essence from her Eternal Life Soul and Eternal Life Body also made him feel like many ethereal deficiencies had been taken care of.
It was to say... he finally felt like there were no flaws in his soul physique as far as his knowledge encompassed. His Everlasting Samsara Tribunal Soul Physique was impregnable where he felt like he couldn’t die, sharing the same sentiments as Myria who was convinced that she wouldn’t enter the reincarnation cycle anymore in order to reincarnate but accidentally beget a new soul like her incarnations.
Chances are that they were capable of reincarnating at the spot like a phoenix!
However, they would never know that for sure unless they actually die.
Regardless, both Myria and he had this strange confidence where they could tell they weren’t in serious harm that their danger alarm refused to go off like it did before, not that they encountered actual danger to be able to tell, so it was a bit of a paradox in themselves.
Perhaps it was because their souls became arrogant that they were feeling invincible but it was pretty much the same even after they took measures to correct their soul’s attitude, so they were ultimately of the mind that they could not be killed, at least, not so easily.
Nonetheless, that wasn’t the problem he had with the Solitary Soul Avatar right now.
He wondered if he could go rogue, but he found no signs.
The avatar and him were one and the same as far as he could see. Their thoughts were synchronized, still connected through their soul link. However, his doubt came upon if they were to dislink, what would happen?
Would it be the same as him, only parallel in thoughts to him and become intersecting and spiraling around each other like DNA as soon as the soul link was reestablished, or would it be gone forever, unable to re-link?
He didn’t want to check this theory of his as it would waste his soul’s essence. It would waste his time, not to mention he was just going to see Nyoran, so it wouldn’t suddenly become a threatening or grave situation for the most part.
While contemplating, Davis arrived at the Ghostly Crow Clan’s Prefecture.
It was on the edge of the Northern Divide and covered a huge area comparable to the Starlight Jade Wolf Clan’s Prefecture.
He entered it without being stopped, zig-zagged through mountains all the while being concealed as he also tested the capability of his Solitary Soul Avatar.
It was not more powerful than his base cultivation.
In the Ninth Stage, the Solitary Soul Avatar had two times the increase in prowess, so a Low-Level Emperor Soul Stage Avatar had twice the prowess, able to enter the Mid-Level Emperor Soul Stage.
However, it was different for an Immortal Stage Solitary Soul Avatar.
It barely held a one-it-one ratio with prowess.
So, for the Immortal King Stage, it could be less unless he could somehow find a way to improve the Solitary Soul Avatar Technique or find its immortal version if it had one.
However, with his speed, he arrived at the destination before he could test his prowess.
He reached a place where it deserved the title of being the capital of the Ghostly Crow Clan.
Above the black mountains, there was a floating city. Its structures were a blend of the mountain below them, containing its properties and appeared to be an own world of its own with different structures popping all over the place.
In the distance, he could see a castle that was like a spire, resembling crow talons piercing the sky while the bridges connecting the castle towers appeared to be made of woven feathers.
At a glance, he would think this faction was a wicked path power but he couldn’t be any wrong as these crows were of the darkness attribute. They had immense speed just below the Grand Sky Supreme Beasts and their concealment ability was on par with Nadia’s previous evolutionary race.
As far as he knew, the Ghostly Crows were a proud, noble, magical beast race.
"Welcome~"
As Davis appeared in the skies, he was still concealed.
However, there was a congregation of battleships below him that made his brows narrow slightly.
He could see an entourage was being welcomed by the Ghostly Crow Clan but he recognized the entourage as it had the emblem of a familiar power. Of course, he wasn’t that familiar with them but was acquainted with the Young Mistress of that Family and she was here.
’Rea Tyriel...’
Davis looked at the woman below him.
The battleships were indeed from the Tyriel Family, but they were also from the Lunar Crow Clan. He knew why, as Rea Tyriel was the last inheritor of the Lunar Crow Clan, but her pet, the Emperor-Tier Lunar Crow, was also here.
He was none other than Black Tyriel.
However, Davis could sense that Black Tyriel was no longer at the Emperor Tier but had dropped to the King Tier. He was at the Immortal Emperor Stage now, appearing to have worked hard to reach this stage in a short period of time.
Nonetheless, Davis was wondering what was going on for the Tyriel Family and Lunar Crow Clan to be here.
Were they forming a deeper alliance or something? He knew these two crow clans, the Lunar Crow Clan and Ghostly Crow Clan, were already in an alliance.
Thinking in this way, he gazed at the woman welcoming them.
Despite undulating King-Tier Aura, she was personally here to welcome the Tyriel Family and Lunar Crow Clan’s entourage.
"Well met, Nadija, Young Queen of the Ghostly Crow Clan."
Rea Tyriel and the others cupped their hands before the so-called Queen Nadija personally led them to her city.
Davis directly descended and walked alongside him in his concealed state.
He gazed at the black-robed woman.
She wore a robe similar to Nyoran’s, but it was more extravagant and looked expensive. Unlike Nyoran’s slender figure, this woman was plump, having more meat to her but not enough to be called fat.
Her purple hair was tied up in a bun while being pinned by three purple feathers nestled amidst her glossy strands, while her warm, beautiful face made up of flawless porcelain skin glimmered with a gentle countenance.
Everything about her would make one relax as she didn’t seem to put on airs.
’So she’s Queen Nadija that Nyoran talks about fondly...’
Davis was intrigued.
When she turned, her eyes met his. She actually noticed him but didn’t seem to expose him as though she expected his arrival.
He guessed that if Nyoran hadn’t received his letter, then this so-called Queen Nadija must’ve read it since she was like a guardian to Nyoran.
However, was that still the case after Nyoran returned with immense power?
This place might be wrought with conflicts and politics he couldn’t see.
Still, he wasn’t the slightest bit nervous.
If he was caught, he was caught. He doubted people would do something to him, considering that they were trying to stay as far away from him as possible.
He entered the city along with the Tyriel Family and Lunar Crow Clan’s entourage and Queen Nadija led him right in. They went sight-seeing a bit, causing Davis to be taken aback.
The residents of this city seemed to be mostly humans.
However, he could also see some feys.
They possessed avian features like wings on their backs in varying shapes and sizes, talons on their limbs and other kinds of features like jet-black hair or purple hair, sharp beaks and piercing white or black eyes.
Everything about them was a sight to see, not to mention the number of magical beasts flying about. There so many types of crows that he wondered how many interbreeding went on but amongst these huge differences, the Lunar Crow Clan’s people and the Ghostly Crow Clan’s people sure did walk with pride.
