5 月 30 日，英国 Web3 金融科技初创公司 Merge 宣布完成 950 万美元种子轮融资，本轮融资由 Octopus Ventures 领投，Alameda Research、Hashed、Coinbase Ventures 和 Ethereal Ventures 等参投。Merge 由 PayPal 前高管 Kebbie Sebastian 于去年年底创立，旨在通过应用程序编程接口 (API) 为 Web3 公司提供对银行、支付、风险管理和合规的访问。
